Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead located in Al Manşūrah. The Real Estate Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor the team, and ensure the successful completion of brokerage transactions. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, leading commercial real estate projects, and fostering team collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Brokerage skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and a professional in closing deals
• Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership in real estate for minimum 4 years
• Expertise in Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred

• Experience in the local real estate market is a plus

 Mansoura – in front of the Governorate Building, Al-Geish Street
