Key Responsibilities:


-Sales Coordination & Administration
Serve as the primary point of contact between sales teams, clients, brokers, and internal departments.
Coordinate and track all sales documentation from booking to handover.
Prepare, review, and process sales agreements, booking forms, and related documents.
Manage and update customer and sales data in CRM systems.
Generate and issue sales invoices and receipts; ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Liaise with finance to reconcile payments and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
-Customer Service & Follow-up
Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.
Follow up with clients for pending documents, payments, or approvals.
Assist customers with contract signing, payment plan details, and handover procedures.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and collection reports for management.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on project updates and client communications.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all client and transaction data.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, presentations, and documentation.

 

Qualifications & Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or administration, preferably within real estate / property development / brokerage in the UAE.
Strong understanding of sales processes, invoicing, and client documentation.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems (Enjazm, 8Xcrm, hubspot, Zoho).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Location : Mansoura in front of the governorate building on Al-Giesh Street
Working Hours : from 10 am to 6 pm
