The advance payment for reserving residential units in the projects will be made as follows : 

• 50,000 reservations for residential units in Sakn Misr
• 100,000 for residential units in the Janna

Conditions for applying for residential units in Misr and Jannah Residence in New Mansoura City

1. The applicant must be a natural person with the capacity to act
2. The applicant must not be less than 21 years old
3. The assignment may be made to a person in his capacity as guardian of a minor
4. If more than one client chooses the same residential unit, a public lottery will be held between them

Steps to reserve residential units in Misr Wa Jannah Residence in New Mansoura City

• A reservation deposit of 50,000 is paid for residential units in the Sakan Misr project, and a reservation deposit of 100,000 is paid for residential units in the New Mansoura Paradise project.
• A completion payment of (10%) is paid.
• Fees (1% administrative expenses) and (0.5% Board of Trustees) of the total unit price will be paid two months after the date of notification of the allocation.
• (5%) is paid upon contracting and before receipt
• (5%) is paid upon receipt of the total unit price
• The remainder of the unit price will be paid in equal quarterly installments for a period of (3-5-7-10) years bearing bank interest in addition to (2% + 0.5%) collection expenses.
• The first installment is due 3 months after the date of receipt of the unit, with post-dated checks for the installments being submitted before receipt
