The Ministry of Housing, through the Urban Communities Authority, announced the opening of reservations for the apartments of the Paradise of Egypt project for Egyptians working abroad, as part of the Homeland Program in a number of new cities.

The message of the Urban Communities Authority came through the reservation site for apartments and private lands for Egyptians abroad with the Homeland project for workers abroad 2023.

And that is through the Bayt Al-Waten website, where the door has been opened to receive new transfers to reserve housing units from the available housing units on the site, by sending the barrier an e-mail to the mail designated for the site, which includes a picture of the transfer and a reservation code available for customization

As well as the official website for submission, it provides details of the available units, location, prices, method of reservation, and bank account data, in order to make it possible to book all types of units available to expatriates in all cities.

Reservation and submission conditions for Janna Apartments project for Egyptians abroad

• Priority reservation due to the priority of transfer of the full amount of the advance payment
  
  
• In the event that the full amount is paid in this stage or in the previous stages, 7.5% of the remaining amount will be deducted after paying the advance payment permanently, except if the payment is the last installment 
  
  
• The remaining installments for all axes are paid with bank interest on the remaining balance at an interest rate of 3.5% annually, and the dollar equivalent for each of the installment and its interest is calculated at the rate on the day the installment is due, and the late payment penalty is calculated on the installment and interest from the date the installment is due and the interest is at the rate on the day of payment

In new Damietta, there are 110 apartments. The price per square meter is 9170 pounds, provided that the payment is in dollars, equivalent to 315 dollars, without the premium rate

In Sheikh Zayed city , there are 182 apartments, and the price per square meter in pounds is 12,250, provided that the payment is in dollars, equivalent to 415 dollars, without the percentage of excellence.

In 6th of October City, there are 78 apartments, and the price per square meter in pounds is 9,580 pounds, provided that the payment is in dollars equivalent to 325 dollars without the percentage of excellence, and the reservation advances range from 16,500 dollars to 18,000 dollars

In New Cairo, there are 222 apartments, and the price per square meter in Egyptian pounds is 11,575 pounds, provided that the payment is in dollars, equivalent to 395 dollars, without the percentage of excellence, and the reservation advances range from 15,500 dollars to 23,000 dollars 

In new Mansoura City, there are 193 apartments, the price per square meter is 8,890 pounds, provided that the payment is in dollars, equivalent to 305 dollars, without the percentage of excellence.
