There is no discount for installments

Payment system: 

(10% + 10% + 23 installments) - (15% + 10% + 25 installments) 

25% discount on cash

30% discount on semi cash, to be paid in 6 equal installments

For the rest of the units:

The installment discount is 13% of the system price using the same previous payment methods

35% discount on cash, after deducting 13% units, a total discount of 47% on cash

30% discount for semi cash after deducting units, 13% total discount, 42% to be paid in 4 payments 

 

The payment system has been changed in all stages of The Pearl project by Al Safwa Company, with the only payment system being as follows:

 

✅ 10% down payment and the remainder in quarterly installments over 6 years

✅ Or a 10% down payment of the unit value upon payment over 8 years
