The Minister of Housing, Dr. Asim Al-Jazzar, announced the opening of the electronic reservation door for the third offering for the immediate allocation of residential plots of land, as he stated that 522 plots of residential land were offered in 16 new cities, on Tuesday, corresponding to August 22, 2023, by plotting small residential plots of all levels for individuals. Where the Minister of Housing explained that the offering will take place through the approval of the New Urban Communities Authority administration to provide residential plots of land on an ongoing basis at all levels, as the New Urban Communities Authority management intensifies its efforts in order to provide and meet the needs of the Egyptian citizen in all societal classes after offering the apartments of  Janna project for egyptians abroad . In continuation of the efforts made, the third offering of residential lands "Maskan" was completed. 

Reservations for plots of land are made immediately through the website dedicated to reservation ( https://reserve.newcities.gov.eg), where the state provides plots of land to citizens wishing to build their own homes, without any precedence, whether to enter the site, reserve the plot of land, or transfer The seriousness of the reservation.

The third offering includes 522 plots of land distributed as follows: 

• 155 plots of land in the privileged lands section
• 329 plots of land in the middle lands axis
• 38 plots of land in the most distinguished section of the cities of New Cairo and Obour, as well as New Mansoura city
