  2. The applicant must be an Egyptian citizen and not a legal person (company or institution)
  3. The family, minor children, husband and wife, are not entitled to apply to reserve more than one unit
  4. A plot of land or a housing unit within the social housing project or a housing unit in the “Dar Misr” or “Sakn Misr” projects must not have been previously allocated to him or to any of his family members (husband, wife, and minor children) in any of the new cities, whether they are in his possession Or even give it away to others.

  8. The person in charge of the transfer process shall bear the commissions and transfer expenses from his bank account to the account number of the form at the Housing and Development Bank and the bank branch announced in the brochure.
