Conditions for booking New Mansoura apartments and other cities in Janna, Sakn Misr and Dar Misr

There are some simple conditions before applying to obtain the subsidized and distinguished apartments of the Ministry of Housing in the new cities, which are:

1. The age of the applicant shall not be less than 21 years on the date of commencement of the reservation
2. The applicant must be an Egyptian citizen and not a legal person (company or institution)
3. The family, minor children, husband and wife, are not entitled to apply to reserve more than one unit
4. A plot of land or a housing unit within the social housing project or a housing unit in the “Dar Misr” or “Sakn Misr” projects must not have been previously allocated to him or to any of his family members (husband, wife, and minor children) in any of the new cities, whether they are in his possession Or even give it away to others.

How to book New Mansoura apartments in projects Sakn Misr, Janna or distinct coastal housing

It is possible to book residential units in New Mansoura and the rest of the cities in the housing projects of Sakn Misr, Dar Misr, Jannah, the distinguished housing, and Kattameya Gardens, immediately after the start of registration on January 15, through the Housing and Development Bank, by following the following steps:

1. In the event that the applicant does not have an existing account on the site, the applicant creates a new account and chooses (New User Registration).
2. The basic data is entered, including the name, address, national number of the applicant, e-mail, phone, the name of the wife and her national number as well, and then upload the pictures of the national identity cards of the husband and wife, and the photocopy is on the face and back of one paper, and then a message is sent with a default temporary password for five minutes via both From SMS and email, and it is used to create a permanent password when logging in.
3. Now, go to the site and log in again by "logging in as an existing user" and registering the national number and password.
4. Click on “I want to apply”, choose the project and city, and extract the application number.
5. A screen will appear to review your basic data and modify it according to its validity.
6. After completing the data review, confirm is pressed, so that the form number appears on the screen, which is the number that will be used as an account number for transferring all amounts of money. The form can also be printed after that.
7. The applicant shall transfer the amount of the reservation provider according to the project announcement in addition to the amount of registration expenses announced in the bidding requirements according to each project separately, and it shall be in one payment and not divided, provided that the transfer is from the client’s account or in favor of first and second degree relatives only.
8. The person in charge of the transfer process shall bear the commissions and transfer expenses from his bank account to the account number of the form at the Housing and Development Bank and the bank branch announced in the brochure.
